1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VaaraahiDash, operated by Vaaraahi Digital Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

VaaraahiDash provides a transportation booking platform connecting riders with drivers for car and two-wheeler rides within a 5 km radius. Train, flight, and bus booking services are planned for future release.

3. User Registration

VaaraahiDash is available exclusively for registered members of Vaaraahi Digital. To use our services, you must first register at vaaraahidigital.com and then sign in to VaaraahiDash using your Vaaraahi Digital credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Driver Verification

All drivers must complete document verification including driving license, vehicle registration, identity proof, and KYC before they can accept rides. This ensures the safety of all riders on the platform.

5. Driver Registration

Drivers must provide valid driving license, vehicle registration, identity documents, and bank account details. All documents are manually verified by our admin team before a driver can accept rides.

6. Fare & Payment

Fares are calculated based on base fare plus per-kilometer charges. Car rides: Rs 50 base + Rs 15/km. Two-Wheeler rides: Rs 20 base + Rs 8/km. Fares are transparent with no surge pricing.

7. Cancellation Policy

Riders may cancel a ride before the driver accepts it at no charge. Cancellations after driver acceptance may be subject to cancellation fees. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.

8. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, provide false information, harass drivers or other users, or engage in any unlawful activity. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

VaaraahiDash acts as a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Rides are provided by independent drivers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
